The NSC range of sterilisation baskets, trays and containers can be used to securely hold surgical instruments, endoscopes, screws and other equipment during the cleaning and sterilisation process. These containers are designed to not compromise the sterility of the instrument and ensures all surfaces can be reached.
NSC sterilisation trays and baskets are manufactured in high quality 304 stainless steel, making them compatible with all types of detergents. They have been designed to increase cycle efficiency and assist CSSD personnel to effectively clean, sterilise and transport your surgical instruments.
NSC sterilisation trays/baskets are available in different styles and sizes including DIN sizes, SPRI sizes, ISO standards and sizes to replace your green plastic sterilisation trays. The smooth, rounded surfaces with no sharp edges ensures protection of instruments, reducing potential OH&S risks to CSSD personnel and prevents damage of gloves or wraps.
Silicone instrument mats/pin mats are also available for use with different sized baskets and trays to securely hold instruments in place so they do not get damaged during reprocessing. These can be cut to suit the sterilisation tray size.
